TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE PURCHASE

In these terms and conditions, the “Company” refers to Persmadu Saeada Sdn Bhd, and the “Customer” refers to any person, firm, company, or body that places an order with the Company. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the website. By using the website or any part of it, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

Please ensure you understand these terms and conditions before ordering any product(s) from the website. You will be asked to agree to these terms before placing an order. By clicking the “I Accept” button at the end of these terms and conditions, you confirm your acceptance. If you do not agree to these terms, you will not be able to order products from the website.

GENERAL

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any amendments will be posted on the Company’s website without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, your sole recourse is to stop using the website.

PRICE AND PRODUCT

1. The Company strives to ensure that prices, details, and sizes of products on the website are accurate and up-to-date. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Product availability is subject to stock levels. If a product becomes unavailable, the Company will notify you.
3. Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual size, dimensions, and colors may vary.

WEBSITE ORDER

1. Upon selecting a product, the charges, including taxes and delivery fees (if applicable), will be displayed.
2. Customers must pay in full at the time of ordering via online banking (FPX) or credit card.

CANCELLATION

1. The Company may cancel orders if a product is unavailable. You will be notified, and any payment made will be refunded within 30 days.
2. Once a Confirmation of Order is issued, cancellations by customers are not permitted. For assistance, please contact Customer Service.

EXCHANGE & RETURN

1. You shall examine the goods immediately upon collection/delivery for any deficiencies/damages.
2. Exchange/Return of Product can only be arranged under the following reasons:
i) If the product delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
ii) If the product is 6 months near expiry date or expired; or
iii) If the product is different from the Order delivered.
Product for exchange/return shall be exchanged in its original condition (unused and unmarked), quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.
3. Exchange is only allowed for the same item. In case the same item is not available, customer may proceed to return the item. For return of product, there will be no refund in cash to customer through store cashier. The refund will be done via the same mode of payment.
4. In order to exchange/return, customer must provide Order Invoice (in mobile or in printed) as proof of purchase.
5. If customer received any items in the conditions as stated in above, and customer wishes to exchange/return, customer may notify Customer Service to report on the product(s) within 10 days of receiving the goods. Please allow up to 3 working days for your inquiry to be processed.

PAYMENT TERMS

1. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, and Online Banking. Persmadu Saeada shall not be liable for any credit card fraud. Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery.
2. All product prices listed are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
3. The Company may from time to time set purchase quantity limits for individual customers and the Company reserves the right to limit sales including the right to decline sales to any customers.
4. Full payment in respect of an order must be made upon the placing of the order. If your payment cannot be processed, the order will not be accepted and you are advised to contact your card issuer to resolve any problem concerning the use of your credit card in order to continue with the order.
5. If payment for any order has already been made but the order is not accepted by us, you will be entitled to a refund, depending on the period of time your financial institution needs to arrange the refund. We shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financial institution processing the said refund.

SELF PICKUP

1. The ordered product will be available for collection from the date of purchase, with order confirmation, once all the products are ready in-store.
2. Customer must thoroughly check all the products received against the purchase invoice. Once checked, the customer needs to sign the Collection Order form provided by the counter as proof of acceptance.
3. Once the customer leaves the store, the company will not be held responsible for any faults or issues during collection, as the Collection Order has been signed and agreed upon by both parties.

DELIVERY

1. We shall deliver the products to the delivery address specified and keyed in by you on the order form. Your order will be delivered to you via the service of a courier service company appointed by Persmadu Saeada.
2. We aim to deliver within the time frame indicated below but we are not able to guarantee any firm delivery dates upon order and to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

3. On delivery of the product, you shall examine the goods immediately upon collection for any deficiencies and/or damages before accept the delivery. All risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery.
4. Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
5. Delivery charges will be calculated based on the weight of the order, as shown in the order confirmation on the system website.

Delivery Charges
RM 6.00
RM 6.00 for the first 3 kg and RM 3.00 for every additional 1 kg or any part thereof

RM 16.00 for the first 1 kg and RM 7.00 for every additional 500 g or any part thereof

Remark: Delivery Charges will be updated time to time if necessary.

6. If you request redelivery due to a failed delivery attempt or incorrect address, we are entitled to charge for the service.
7. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Persmadu Saeada immediately of any change to their delivery address.
8. We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.

FORCE MAJEURE

The Company is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or technical failures.

DATA PROTECTION

Kindly refer to our Privacy Policy in Member Agreement which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and any disputes will be resolved exclusively only by the Courts of Malaysia.

DISCLAIMER

Use of the website is at your own risk. The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from website usage, to the extent permitted by law. The website and its contents are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
